New construction homes are offered to 50 year old and up while for resale homes, you must be age 55+.

Sun City North-Jasper County

  • New construction and resale available
  • Homes range from $229,900 – $550,000
  • Jasper County taxes-a bit higher than Beaufort because you are paying town taxes as well as county
  • All community amenities are available to these homes
  • Can purchase new construction at age 50

Sun City Riverbend-Beaufort County

  • Homes range $400,000 – $1.4 million
