2019 Top 10 Bluffton Neighborhoods to Date
As of today, 6/28/19, Bluffton is continuing to be the place people want to live, and, of course, we all know why, this town is AWESOME!
The top 10 neighborhoods for sales were no surprise to me. They have one of two things in common. They either have great amenities or are affordable and #1 has BOTH!
Here’s the list:
#10 had a 3 way tie-Pinecrest, The Landing at New Riverside, and May River Preserve with 19 homes sold
#9 The Farm at Buckwalter with 22 homes sold
#8 Wellstone at Bluffton with 23 homes sold
#7 had a 2 way tie-Lawton Station and Bluffton Park with 26 homes sold
#6 had a 2 way tie-Hampton Lake and The Haven @ New Riverside with 28 homes sold
#5 Palmetto Bluff with 33 homes sold
#4 Heritage at New Riverside with 39 homes sold
#3 Westbury Park including The Estates at Westbury with 40 homes sold
#2 Hampton Hall with 42 homes sold
And the most popular neighborhood so far this year is #1 Mill Creek at Cypress Ridge with 61 homes sold!!!
